The beautiful three-layered dial of the Raketa “Russian Code – Qatar Edition” displays the night sky that was over Qatar on the day it received its independence — September 3, 1971. Depending on the lighting, the blue disk structure emits bright rays of light, bringing the constellations printed on the dial to life.
